This place is in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to the Malecon and Plaza de Armas. There are also several good restaurants and shops nearby. the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. the staff is friendly and helpful.

The entrance security needs attention, as there is no front desk reception. the hot water supply can be unreliable at times.

I had a great stay at this boutique hotel in downtown Vallarta. The location was excellent, right next to Isla Quale Park and just a 5-minute walk to the Malecon. The premises were meticulously clean, and the bed was comfortable. The lady who runs the hotel was very nice and tried to be helpful. The upper rooftop patio was beautiful, and the street had a lot of Javier Martinez art. Additionally, there were three good restaurants within a block, and a lot of interesting shops on Calle Augustin Rodriguez.

I had a comfortable stay at Boutique Basic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite some minor plumbing issues, the owner was friendly and tried to be helpful. The location was convenient, with popular landmarks and good restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel.
